1. Circle rates are determined by the local authorities or the government and are usually revised periodically to reflect the current market conditions. These rates vary from one locality to another, and they are different for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

2. Minimum Circle Rate for a property is determined & calculated after summing up.
a) Land rate by government registrar office.
b) Constructed property area rate by government registrar office.
c) Location property rate.

3. Stamp Duty – 5% & Court Fees is 1% of circle rate or more than circle rate of mutually Agreed by buyer & seller.
