Construction on Plots allotted to the Farmer against land acquisition (5% or 6% or 7% as the case may be) in planned village Abadi Expansion scheme in sectors.

 Use of the Plot :-

On plots allotted in planned village expansion scheme or in sector (5% or 6% or 7%) : Non-Residential activities shall be allowed maximum up to 50 percent of the total permissible ground Coverage on payment of prescribed charges and it should be a part of the following activities -

12. Creche and Day-Care Center

13. Retail shop

14. Telecommunication tower (only ground based)

 

Fees for Conversion of use :-

 

( i ) On roads of ROW up to 12.00 meter- prevailing residential rate revised from time to time.

( ii ) On road of ROW above 12.0 meter and up to 18.0 meter.1.25 time of the prevailing

       Residential rate revised from time to time.

( iii ) On road of ROW above 18.0 meter and up to 24.0 meter.1.50 time of the prevailing

       Residential rate revised from time to time.

( iv ) On road of ROW above 24.0 meter and up to 45.0 meter . 2.00 time of the prevailing

       Residential rate revised from time to time.

( v) For corner plot 5% additional of above mentioned charges shall be levied.

 

 Proper Transfer and Registration process done by Greater Noida industrial development Authority. loan facility also available. At   present, the Greater Noida official circle rate is ₹13,000 per square meter.

These proper sectors are newly developed by Greater Noida Authority and in the

1.Khanpur : 6% Plots have been allotted in midst of ecotech 8: Dixon, BYG group Industries and Ecotech 6 ( OPPO )  on opposite side.                             Plot sizes start from 100  square meter to 2000 m².

2.Luksar : 6% Abadi Plots have been allotted in the midst of Ecotech 7 and UPSIDC site 5, at the back of Gautam Budh University and                            Oppo industry.

5. Ghodi Bachera : 6% Abadi plots have been allotted in midst of DMIC ( Delhi Mumbai integrated corridor ), Haier company residential                                         sector Xu2 and Xu3. A new flyover, connecting Ghaziabad and Dadri to Greater Noida is under construction.
