YEIDA SECTOR 18 & 20

YEIDA Sector 18

Sector 18 is a large planned residential sector of about 1,846 hectares, with 12,748 residential plots planned. YEIDA’s own infrastructure information says the sector is divided into multiple pockets and has planned road, drainage, sewerage, water and electrification infrastructure. 

Common/officially reported plot sizes include:

60 sq m — ~646 sq ft

90 sq m — ~969 sq ft

120 sq m — ~1,292 sq ft

162 sq m — ~1,744 sq ft

200 sq m — ~2,153 sq ft

300 sq m — ~3,229 sq ft

Recent YEIDA scheme information specifically lists 60, 90, 120 and 300 sq m plots in Sector 18, while other authority schemes/residual inventory have included larger sizes. 

A 300 sq m plot is roughly 12 m × 25 m in commonly cited configurations. 

YEIDA Sector 20

Sector 20 is another major planned residential sector. YEIDA's infrastructure information states that it covers about 1,485 hectares and has 10,981 residential plots planned across 19 pockets. 

The principal plot sizes associated with Sector 20 are:

300 sq m — ~3,229 sq ft

500 sq m — ~5,382 sq ft

1,000 sq m — ~10,764 sq ft

2,000 sq m — ~21,528 sq ft

4,000 sq m — ~43,056 sq ft

These larger plot categories are particularly associated with the earlier YEIDA residential schemes in Sector 20.

Important: Plot size availability depends on the particular YEIDA scheme, pocket and whether you're looking at an original allotment or resale plot. YEIDA's official material says residential plots are planned in sectors including 18 and 20, with location/status details available through its GIS system.
